Hours WorkedThe Hours Worked Report allows you to quickly determine when your employees start driving and when they stop driving in a particular day. You can even adjust when your day starts in case your employees drive overnight. This report is great for giving you an idea of how many hours your employees are actually working and how much of that time is spent driving. |

Location ReportThe Location Report allows you to pull up a report on which vehicles stopped within a certain number of miles of a specific location. Just give it an address and a radius in miles and the system will show you when all of your vehicles were within the radius you specified within the date range you specified. This report tells you when the vehicle arrived and departed the location, the time spent at that location, and the closest address to where the vehicle stopped. |

Stop TimesThe Stop Times Report allows you to view vehicles that have stopped for a specified amount of time. This report gives you the day it stopped, the time it stopped, the time it started again, the closest address to where the vehicle stopped, and how long it stopped. For example, you can see where your vehicles have stopped for more than 45 minutes in the month of January. |

Speed AlertsThe Speed Alerts Report tells you when your drivers may be breaking the speed limit. This report tells you the date and the time of the alert, the route number it occured in, gives you a description of the alert, and gives you the closest address (Location) to where it occurred. You can also specify a minimum speed alert if you want to ignore some of the lower speeding alerts. |

Device ListThe GPS Device List Report gives you a summary of the GPS Devices you have used. This report tells you the Device ID, the Vehicle # currently associated with the Device ID, the IMEI#, when the device was installed, whether or not the device is active, when the system last received a fix from the device, and Meter 1 from the vehicle currently associated with the device. |
